everything i eat, most of which i've made, somewhat properly
it’s getting cold. i’ve already broken out the wooly socks and had multiple cups of miso soup. either that or i have a fever.
fake meat (wheat gluten) and kale over rice. it’s the easiest thing ever.
fennel sausage pizza from pyro pizza.  even though they’ve gotten rid of my favorite one, i still maintain that this is the best pizza in portland for the price. 
poutine and normal fries from potato champion and fig balsamic soda from pyro pizza.
veggie pad thai with fried tofu.
i’ve had a dodgy tummy recently and this is my attempt to have a nice “stayed down” meal with the least possible effort. rice porridge made of canned “vegetarian” mix and old rice in the rice cooker, with a bit of ginger and pepper added. topped with japanese pickles.
beef and napa cabbage rice cake stir-fry. so savory.
pickled mustard, soy bean sprouts and beef stirfry.  the soy bean creates a nutty balance with the pickled mustard.
ramen with bean sprouts, beef balls, and fried tofu.
veggie singapore mai fun with bok choy, carrots, bird’s eye chilis and shiitake. this is my favorite take out item and i’m happy that cooking it at home was actually really easy.
