if you wonder why there hasn’t been much cooking on this site lately: 1) laziness. 2) i got a new wok and it’s been a long process seasoning it. i have to do it when the boys are out of the house because the fumes are crazy. but i’m on my last cycle and it should be ready to go tonight!
