proper/make
everything i eat, most of which i've made, somewhat properly
veggie stirfry on rice with soft boiled egg. my new thing is putting eggs in the steamer of the rice cooker for about 10 minutes.
chilaquiles with egg and grilled green peppers
leftover-using meals are like my favorite thing in the world and chilaquiles are one of the best. we go through a lot of tortilla chips in our house (gluten free!) and some people have lax clipping skills.
so: caramelize onion in pan. simmer chicken broth and leftover tomato sauce with a frozen chipotle in adobo, and some cumin. crack 2 eggs onto onions and cover. add stale chips into sauce and transfer onion and eggs on top. turn off heat and cover. grill pepper.
bacon, egg and spinach scramble on tortillas with sriracha. yeah, i was in an egg thing for a while.
midnight snack: fried egg, tomato, and half a bell pepper on corn tortillas with other half of red pepper sauce holders and lettuce. i’ve gotten into ranch dressing in a major way.
abu ramen from the minizo cart. it was really good, just waiting to go back to try their other items.
gluten-free bacon and kale quiche on salad.
bambino plate with brasilena coffee soda at tasty and sons
Apple, ham, egg, and cheddar eggo sandwich. Alas the last of the waffles.
new years breakfast: eggo sandwich with thyme and asiago omelette and a dab of ketchup. this is the kind of thing i found in my freezer when i got home.
noodle course 1: wheat noodles in a egg, tofu and tomato sauce, with salted duck egg, bits of lamb, and garlic chili sauce.
