brown rice pasta with sausage, kale and parmesan
i’ve been really getting into the the brown rice pasta. it’s totally flexible—pastalike al dente and great for soups.
caldo verdeish soup with sweet potatoes and chickpeas. i used chinese sausage instead of chorizo and just spiced the soup more but with the sweet potato, it was too sweet. i had to do a crazy amount of creative seasoning.
gluten-free bacon and kale quiche on salad.
dashi braised kale and carrots on rice. it’s back to healthy eating.
