everything i eat, most of which i've made, somewhat properly
accidental summertime pot roast with half a baked potato. i really don’t know how to buy meat. and then i had to braise it. tasty but not summery.
roasted veggies and rice are my mainstay. furikake was just an extra treat.
mujadra with what ended up becoming a jam of zucchini and onion in balsamic.
how do other people make really crisp roasted zucchini? i’m obviously doing it wrong.
