stuffed tofu and bok choy over rice. would have been awesome with just normal tofu but i got this pork stuffed stuff at thanh son tofu and it is awesome.
braised shiitake, daikon and eggplant over rice. i love eggplant.
special opening ceremony menu: representing oceania, tahu goreng with peanut sauce.
tofu po boy from HUB. very impressed by their use of tofu; very soft and thinly sliced.
tofu five-spice rice flake noodles. i basically did my pad thai recipe but with a lot of five-spice. it totally works.
whole foods dinner: greek meatballs, fried tofu, roasted potatoes, delicata squash and a citrusy salad.
last night we found a rat in our house so today we had a total kitchen cleanout. we went to brunch at county cork and later on, reluctantly since it was my fourth meal out in a row, to whole foods for dinner. it was surprisingly good.
Steamed tofu with preserved egg and chili sauce topping.
spicy pig’s blood and tofu stir fry. so good.
Baked eggs and tofu with whole wheat toast.
